Bioelixirs™ luxury skin care & hair care orders are processed during normal business hours. Please
allow 48 – 72 hours for processing during business days.
We offer a refund and/or exchange on unused and unopened products
within 14 days of product purchase, less cost of shipping. Without
prior email notification, we cannot accept returns so please email
info@bioelixirs.com. Once the item has been received we will process
the return or exchange. Customers are responsible for all shipping
fees. This means when returning a product bioelixirs will not pay for
shipping fees. For returns, this means you will not be refunded
shipping.
If incorrect items or damaged item was received, please notify us
within 2 days of receipt for an exchange. Please add photos of damaged
shipping may be requested for an authorization process.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges without prior email
